Die kleine Couch ist für maximal 2 Personen geeignet - schlecht, wenn man zu viert anreist. Direkt vor dem Objekt ist der Müllplatz, wo bei unserem Aufenthalt überall Verpackungen rumflogen und Unordnung herrschte - bei über 30° eine besonderes Geruchserlebnis... Parken ist ebenfalls ein Problem. Der in der Anzeige abgebildete Parkplatz ist mit größeren Autos nicht befahrbar (Durchfahrt zu schmal und am Steilhang) und am Ferienhaus ist sonst überall Parkverbot (wegen dem Müllplatz)! Wenn beide Wohnungen vermietet sind, kann sowieso maximal einer auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen - wenn er sich da rauf traut. Der Grillplatz ist ein Witz (und nicht benutzbar- weil eingewachsen und kein Rost vorhanden) Die Einzelbetten im "Kinderzimmer" sind maximal für Personen mit Körpergröße von 1,55m geeignet und alles in der Wohnung ist stark abgenutzt. Die elektrische Anlage lässt nicht zu, dass mehr als ein größerer Verbraucher am Netz ist (bei einer Herdplatte + Kaffeemaschine kommt bereits die Sicherung). Direkt neben den Schlafräumen ist im Abstand von 2m eine Schafherde, die ordentlich auf sich aufmerksam macht. Einige Abdeckungen an den Steckdosen fehlen, die Fliesen auf unserer Terasse waren locker , ein Liegestuhl kaputt, am oberen Balkon kommen Leisten herunter usw. Die wunderschöne Umgebung lässt einen die Unzulänglichkeiten zwar etwas vergessen- Weiterempfehlung aber negativ! ##### Ulrich J. Der große Balkon und die Aussicht sind wunderschön. An die Gittern vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster musste ich mich gewöhnen, das war nicht schön. Es ist herrlich ruhig und der Blick auch am Abend vom Balkon wunderbar. Die Fahrt zum See ca.20Min. Die Wohnung kann ich wirklich empfehlen auch mit Hund gut geeignet. ##### Silke S. Zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein. Die Terrasse ist schön groß, und sie hätte einen gigantischen Blick, wenn da nicht ein Baum davor stehen würde. Und eben diesen würde man abbrennen, wenn man den Grill benutzen könnte, aber das geht nicht, weil kein Grillrost da ist. Die Gartenmöbel sind extrem schmutzig und mit Spinnweben überzogen - also kein Barbecue. Die Wohnung ist oberflächlich sauber und hat eine gute Größe. Beim Herd sind nur 2 der 4 Platten gleichzeitig benutzbar ( und während dessen kein anderes Elektrogerät) sonst fliegt die Sicherung raus ?! Der Kühlschrank ist klein, max.2 Tage Bevorratung für 2 Personen. Die " Einrichtung " ,besonders in den 2 Schlafzimmern ist grenzwertig. Kopfkissen und Decken gelb und übel riechend. Also 2 Wochen ohne geschlafen. Auf der hinteren Matratze ist ein großer Blufleck und kein Sichtschutz am Fenster. Einige der Lampen sind defekt und ein bisschen neue Farbe wäre auch nicht schlecht. Wir sind mit unserer kleinen 2 Monate alten Tochter an den Lago gereist. Das hat dann sogar wirklich super geklappt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gut und sauber ausgestattet. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Die Aussicht ist richtig schön. Und die Ruhe ist einfach herrlich. Man kann dort auch sehr gut Wandern oder aber auch einfach runter nach Luino fahren, um am Lago spazieren zu gehen. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der oberen Ferienwohnung verbracht, und werden sehr gern wieder kommen. This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 8/10 Good #### Marcus s. 18 Jul 2012 #### Gemütliche Unterkunft mit tollem Seeblick Das ,,Casa il Sole'' hat nicht nur eine große Terasse mit fantastischem Blick über den Lago Maggiore,sondern auch eine schöne Einrichtung zum Wolfühlen.Die Wohnung liegt an einem idylischen kleinen Dorf was allerdings mit größeren Autos schwer zu erreichen ist.In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und weiter unten eine größere Stadt mit Strand.Die Ferienwohnung ist familienfreundlich für bis zu 4 Personen eingerichtet und liegt am Hang.Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal :-) ##### Marcus s. Der Mailkontakt zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert, so dass auch eine sehr kurzfristige Buchung möglich war. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung einen sehr guten Grundriss. Die Durchreiche zum Wohn/Esszimmer und das Küchenfenster zur Terrasse vereinfachen das Tischdecken und -abräumen erheblich. Die Küche ist klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was es fürs Alltägliche braucht. Die Wohnung selbst ist wohltuend zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wer mit kleinen Kindern kommt, muss nicht erst unnötigen Nippes wegräumen. Auch gibt es genügend Stauraum für eigene Dinge. Besonders genossen haben wir die große Terrasse mit dem wunderbaren Blick, die wir durch einen darüberliegenden Balkon auch bei schlechtem Wetter gut nutzen konnten. Wenn noch der Nachbar dazu animiert werden könnte, die große Tanne vor der Terrasse zu kappen, wäre der Seeblick gigantisch. ##### Buck K. Außer ein paar nötige Schönheitsreparaturen war die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und gut zum entspannen. Man hat vom Balkon aus Blick auf den See. Ein Auto ist allerdings empfehlenswert/notwendig. Uns persönlich waren die Matrazen zu hart, aber sowas ist ja Geschmacksache.
