The Villa Beatrice is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and also active vacationers who want to go on hiking and biking tours (also in spring and autumn). 'Villa Beatrice' can accommodate four people.
The villa has a beautiful community swimming pool with steps. The terrace is protected from the sun by an electric awning. Sun loungers are located on the manicured lawn.
The living/dining area is very elegant and generously furnished. There are also two cozy double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances and a bathroom with marble tiles. The floors of the villa are covered with ceramic tiles. The upscale interior is very tasteful and of high quality in all areas. In front of 'Villa Beatrice' there are beautiful outdoor seating areas - partly covered - and the garden area is with sunbathing area and the pool.
The beautiful villa is in the village of DRANO in the municipality of Valsolda (CO). This picturesque, historic little location is about 400 m above Lake Lugano.
On the property, offset to the side, there is a smaller holiday home, the Villetta Beatrice (not visible). The two properties can also be rented together and thus offer enough space for eight people. A larger family or friends will feel at home here.

Wonderful stay on lake Lugano!
The best part of this property are the garden, pool, and view! The pictures do not do it justice. It is a very quiet and clean property great for a family. The only issue is there is not actually Wi-Fi available.

Wunderschöne Zeit
Ein toller Ort. Es war sehr sauber ,sehr schön eingerichtet. Man hat alles ,was er braucht. Luka ist sehr nett und freundlich ☺️.Die Wohnung ist wie einem Märchen und der Anblick ist einzigartig. Wir kommen wieder gerne 😊

Einfach genial
Beim Aufenthalt hat einfach alles gestimmt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und mit Luca, der sich um alles gekümmert hat, war hervorragend. Bei Ankunft stand eine Tagesration Getränke (inkl. Wein und Bier), Toastbrot u.a. für uns bereit.Wir haben die Ruhe und den phantastischen Ausblick auf den Luganer See sehr genossen. Zwar darf der Pool auch durch die (zwei) Bewohner der nebenan liegenden kleinen Villa genutzt werden, wir haben uns dadurch in unserer Privatsphäre jedoch nie beeinträchtigt gefühlt.

Wunderschön!
Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Die Lage und der Blick sind atemberaubend, die Villa ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was wir als Familie in dieser Woche benötigt und geschätzt haben. Der italienische Hausverwalter ist überaus sympathisch, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und Abschalten
Herzlichen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt, es war einfach traumhaft und wir werden gerne wieder kommen.
Luca hat uns herzlich empfangen und hat sich wirklich super um alles gekümmert. Danke :-)
Das Haus, insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das einzige was fehlt ist ein funktionierender, guter Grill. Dann wäre es absolut perfekt gewesen, bei dieser Traumaussicht auch entspannt grillen zu können.
Die Inneneinrichtung ist alt, aber alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten sind noch relativ gut, mit festen Matratzen ausgestattet (was ich mag, meine Eltern weniger, aber das ist Geschmacksache), die Betten quietschen einfach bei jeder Bewegung.
Der Pool ist einfach traumhaft, wir hatten sehr viel Freude. Und die Aussenanlage mit Garten ist einfach wunderschön gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Gerne wieder!

Very nice and quiet house at a fantastic location, offering an astonishing view
Very well equipped and comfortable house with a superb view over the Lugano lake. At arrival everything was very clean (never had a holiday house as clean and neat as this one). The housekeeper lives next door and is very friendly and helpful. Lovely swimmingpool. The house is located in a quiet village, with only a few tourists, but Lugano and even the Como lake are nearby. The perfect place for a relaxing holiday. A lot of hiking trails and nice villages are nearby.
Just one point for informational purpose: on the area there are two units (separate houses): a larger one for 4 persons (which we had rented as a family) and a smaller one for 2 persons (which was, luckily for us, not rented during our stay). These two units share the garden and swimmingpool.
During our stay there was no wifi, but this was out of control of the owner (general wifi disruption in the village).
