"We had a lovely 3 night break on our way to Manchester. Heron's View is very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting in the gazebo at the end of the garden, looking out over the river. We took our breakfast down there as well as tea! The hosts were very welcoming and provided milk and also eggs freshly laid by their bantam hens. It is perfectly placed ro visit Stratford on Avon and various country houses. Highly recommend."

The owner/host, Vikki communicated with us leading up to our visit. Wine and homemade cakes awaited us and Vikki texted to make sure we were okay. "This flat was very nicely appointed, the only issue we had was that despite adjusting the temperature controls in every room they appeared to make no difference to the actual temperature - they were either on or off regardless of the setting. However the booking policies, which are not mentioned clearly on this site, put us off travelling back. The owner wants you to send them photographic ID for every person staying and will only take a deposit by bank transfer so wants your bank details to...

"The property was lovely, and we would recommend for location and features, but I would suggest three things: 1) A sign for the second bathroom. We were on a panic because we couldn’t find it next to the laundry. 2) Lots of spider webs on the outdoor furniture. 3) Paper towels or napkins would be a welcome addition, especially for short stays. "Perfect location in Moreton-in-Marsh with parking right outside and easy train access. We’ll equipped with two comfortable bedrooms, large bath and kitchen. We wished we could have extended our stay. Mr. Asbury responded almost immediately to our messages and was very flexible with our check-in time."

"The property was as described the view was stunning there were plenty of places to visit covering the childreng with us,from the youngest at 2 years to the teenagers. Only flaw was the main bedroom en-suite shower having missing tiles and not usable."
