Communication with the company regarding check in was brilliant. The flat has everything for your stay. Central heating is spot on also. There is a carpark outside the block of flats, which is priced fairly for a whole week in the town center. The flat was quite hard to find and I was not given a complete address. The flat is located in Garden Square on Warwick Road, so that was a stressful start. Luckily, it was late afternoon so it was still light. I would not want to be in that position late at night on my own. It seemed to be more of a long term rental property as there were no cleaning supplies such as dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, hand soap or washing machine tablets. So as soon as I arrived I had to go and purchase all of these. The flat was clean but bathroom smelled of stale smoke. The bed had a double duvet with a super king cover so we didn’t use it as it was very uncomfortable with the cover getting tucked up in our legs all the time. I called the owner and she sent cleaners to replace it but they didn’t enter the flat as we had gone out. The owner offered to send over a different blanket but we only had 1 night left so I said don’t worry. Very good communication.
