"We received a very warm welcome when we checked in. Our rooms on the 10th floor were clean and had a fantastic view. Shampoo conditioner, body wash provided. Ample towels. Tea coffee making facilities and also hot chocolate. Water also provided. In room safe. I available from a machine on the corridor. Wi-Fi available free of charge reasonable speed. Breakfast was included in the rates we had and was served on the 14th floor with exceptional views 360 degrees round. Good selection of food, including fresh fruit, assortment of cereals, assortment of pastries, bread, toast, crumpets, and bagels. Hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, and hashbrowns. Vegetarian alternatives and gluten-free bread/toast available. Tea, coffee, an assortment of juice and water. Parking is not included in the stay, but there is plenty of it around. There is no charge for parking between 6 pm and 7 am. If you park for longer than 11 hours, then you can get a discount from the hotel reception. There is also a gym available on the ground floor"

"Everything about this hotel was outstanding - easy parking, friendly reception, comfortable room with lovely golf course view, excellent dinner and breakfast - all thoroughly recommended."

"The houses are well designed and stylish. The bed very comfortable and the shared spa, bar and gym a real luxury. Only downside for me was the staff, not all but some were not as welcoming or as attentive as I would like for the price. Breakfast does stay hot and the some of the layout etc needs thinking about. Please also put access to water by the sauna/spa."

"Breakfast was good but the eggs were small and the yolks were hard Shower was pretty good but needed a grab rail to help you in and out The bedroom very clean but the duvet was too heavy now that it’s getting warmer made you very hot and uncomfortable. Needs a phone in the bedroom . I’m disabled and needed to contact reception ,had great difficulty getting down two floors and back again when this could have been resolved over the phone"

"My 2nd time staying here. I usually just stay overnight to see my sister in law, who lives very close by. Love the style of the hotel. Very lovely bathroom. Close to the coach station, which we used getting in and out of Coventry to Heathrow Airport. Also very convenient to restaurant and a mall within a few steps. 20 minutes from Coventry station which is very walkable, and convenient to us getting to the Yorkshire."
