"The property was fine. 11 of us stayed for two nights so that we could meet up and see an RSC show. We had everything we needed and it was just a short drive into Stratford upon Avon. My only two negatives were the amount of paperwork I was sent prior to our arrival and an inflexibility over check in time. The 7 emails containing information, instructions and forms to fill in could easily be consolidated into one document of instructions to be left at the property and one form to fill in...

"We had 4 nights in October and couldn’t have wished for a better time. House is well equipped, spacious yet feels so cosy and homely. Lovely log fire and the views from windows were beautiful....fields and horses. Spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. I’m sure we’ll be back. Great location for getting to all the lovely surrounding villages, especially Broadway. Thoroughly recommended."

"The property was lovely, and we would recommend for location and features, but I would suggest three things: 1) A sign for the second bathroom. We were on a panic because we couldn’t find it next to the laundry. 2) Lots of spider webs on the outdoor furniture. 3) Paper towels or napkins would be a welcome addition, especially for short stays. "Perfect location in Moreton-in-Marsh with parking right outside and easy train access. We’ll equipped with two comfortable bedrooms, large bath and kitchen. We wished we could have extended our stay. Mr. Asbury responded almost immediately to our messages and was very flexible with our check-in time."

"The property was as described the view was stunning there were plenty of places to visit covering the childreng with us,from the youngest at 2 years to the teenagers. Only flaw was the main bedroom en-suite shower having missing tiles and not usable."
