“The Hill's went to Memphis”

We were very pleased with the staff at the hotel. They were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very inviting for our stay.

We wanted to stay close to Beale Street since this was out first trip to Memphis.

“loved it! can't wait to go back!”

We rented the hotel room to be close to Beale St. for a friends bachelorette party. The valet service was great so it was well worth the charge. The location was very convenient an we loved being able to just go downstairs to have TGI Fridays for dinner. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We received fresh baked cookies when we checked in. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back!

“Annual Memphis Trip”

The hotel located close to all things downtown Memphis. Friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful.

Area recommendations

We try to do something different each time we visit. This time we did the MOJO music bus tour and had lunch at Gus's fried chicken. Both we very good..

“Convenient Location”

It was a nice hotel but thought it was a little pricey. The bed was really comfortable. Located only a block off of Beale. The TGI Friday's located in the hotel was convenient, but would really recommend eating at some of the local restaurants while in Memphis. Can do much better than the chains.

Would be awesome to go when the Redbirds had a home game. Really great view of the stadium from my room.

“"Dark Room"”

Please know the hotel was fine, except the room was too dark! We were given a small corner room with dirty windows. My next stay I plan to choose the Hampton.

Breakfast buffet and valet parking were excellent, other areas could use some improvement.

“Front desk staff”

They checked us in as another person then ran our credit card again which locked it up. The front desk staff needed more training and customer service lessons!!
