The kitchen had everything we needed for 3 nights and the house had a great floorplan for us! We loved that you could walk to VH and hear the ferry whistle blow while in the house. The check in process couldn’t have been easier and the house felt very private. Thanks for a shirt but sweet stay!"

"I booked this property for a last minute getaway to the Vineyard. After seeing what was available, I thought the price appeared reasonable, particuarly for a house walking distance to Edgartown. The property is exactly as described and the location is unbeatable. Also, the outdoor deck is wonderful. There are a few things that prevent me from giving it 5 stars - some of which I've shared directly with the owners, others I'll share here for review purposes (note: I give 5 stars to properties...

"The house and studio are situated off the beaten path but only a short drive to vineyard haven. The home has a rustic, vineyard-charm feel and we had a very comfortable and quiet stay. The setting really allowed us to relax and enjoy the nature/outdoors which is what we look for on a trip to the vineyard! "Overall my friends and I have come twice to the Noyes house and are planning to come back next year. As long as you’re comfortable not staying near the main towns, it’s an ideal location - close to the markets and stores of west tisbury, several of the best beaches on the island (Lucy Vincent and Aquinnah in particular), the Chilmark general store, and some of the best farms like beetlebung. "Upon entering the property, everything was very clean and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It felt like home. We would definitely book this property again."

"There were times when the shower in the master bathroom only emitted cold water. The water spigot in the tubs would not turn completely off in bathroom in the hallway. I had trouble with the lockbox. Maybe add more specific directions. It would have been helpful to know that MV transit bus was available at the intersection of the street and County Road."

"The place was not nearly as nice as the bright photos made it out to be. We didn’t have heat the entire time and when we called to have it fixed, we were told no one could help us because it was a weekend. Lots of little spiders and webs everywhere. Location was about 20 minutes walking from the main part of Oak Bluffs and there’s not really a sidewalk for the first while, so felt pretty unsafe for the strollers with the babies. The price we paid just doesn’t match up to the flaws of the spot."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. Easy to find, down a well-maintained dirt road. Check-in was a breeze. Private and quiet. The woods surrounding the property were peaceful and welcome. Deer in the front yard, turkeys in the back, rabbits all around. Super clean and comfy! Weather was spectacular affording many walking opportunities both from and near this rental. Biking would be a plus. Have been renting in April on MV for years...this new location is a prize winner!"

"I recently stayed in this lovely OB home with my family. It was me and 9 other people, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The photos are accurate. The pool was clean and heated. The house is located in a private, wooded area but conveniently located to OB, Edgartown, the airport and beaches. The interior/furniture were so cozy. The house came equipped with enough plates, dishes, pots, pans, utensil, towels, etc. It would be helpful if the house came with a book of instructions, so we'd...

"You can see by the photos that the home is outdated. However, this home shouldn't even be rented. I rent homes on VBRO all the time and this is my first bad experience. The doors didn't shut, including the two bathrooms. The larger bathroom we tried to avoid. The toliet moved, you could rock back and forth on it if you wanted too. They put a chain lock on the back of the door to hold it shut. A screw in the light switch, to make the switch work. The door in the smaller bathroom didn't shut...

"We absolutely loved our stay. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. The home was in walking distance to Circuit Avenue. We all felt very comfortable in the home. The time went by so fast, I wish we could have slowed it down. We celebrated Christmas early this year due to my son coming home from California and this worked out perfectly. I miss it already."

"We had a wonderful time. The house is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. The decor is coastal…love all Annie Selke furnishings. We enjoyed the hot tub and back deck despite being chilly. Christian was extremely helpful and responsive. All in all, we had a wonderful long weekend and hope to come back again soon."
