"Very nice property with lovely service
Room was large and decor was very pretty
Bathrooms could definitely use an aesthetic update, but are clean and functional"
"This B&B is in a very convenient "old town" location adjacent to the cathedral. The area is lively but also quiet at night. Our hosts were delightful and the room was lovely. The breakfast was a feast!!"
"Great location and a very comfortable room for three adults for one night. Very helpful staff and great facilities. Free tea/coffee was available in the dining room until 6 pm. The continental breakfast was very good. "
"The hotel is located well in the old city. I had lunch and breakfast outside on the sidewalk near the carousel. The food was excellent and the service superb. The room was well appointed and the bed comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the location. My room was in the interior and I only saw a staircase. I should have asked for a different room. "
"We loved everything about Relais San Lorenzo. Daniela is a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble. The building is beautiful and dates from the 17th century, but everything is in top condition and works really well. The location is absolutely perfect. Very highly recommended. This was our first time in Lucca and we loved the city. We hope to return and will definitely stay in Relais San Lorenzo again!"
