“5* Service”

I travel alot with work staying in 5* hotels across the world and i would say this is real 5* service. The concierge and butler were only to happy to accommodate our every need, it was exceptional service. I wouldn't usually write a review but their attention to deal and pride in what they do warrants it. Would recommend to all.

“Great Hotel”

This was my first stay at 51 Buckingham Gate and I don't think I would ever stay anywhere else. The staff were amazing, the location perfect and the room was large with a full compliment of amenities.

“Taj Experience”

Can not fault the room and service - the kitchen was fully equipped as stated and we certainly put it to good use.. very close to Buckingham Palace, easy to get taxis, an ideal location. Will definately use it again and would certainly recommend to friends. From the reception greeting to being shown to our room and even when checking out was very professional/friendly and such pleasant manners.

“Location and Luxury”

Best hotel experience I've ever had. Service was impeccable, bed was extremely comfortable, and the complimentary waters, nespresso coffees and bath products were abundant and high end. Tickets for tours were easily accessible at the concierge desk as well as any and all questions answered by knowledgable staff. The location was ideal for touring and the room was so cozy it was hard to leave it! Really enjoyed this hotel.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had in a hotel. The room was perfect, quiet as a vault, immaculate, incredibly comfortable, and had every comfort and amenity needed. The room was stunning, stylish, and large. What really made the stay was the staff. Superb! Impeccable service. Sergio was especially wonderful helping me with my bag because I had hurt my foot. He practically carried it to the Tube stop! Room service was excellent and affordable. The location is great as well, near Buckingham Palace and a short walk to Westminster. Highly recommend!

A really great stay. Suite was spacious and comfortable. Amenities were excellent. Very convenient Westminster site, round the corner from the tube st St James. Faultless.
