I had read on Tripadviser that the staff were rude and the shuttle bus from Charles De Gaulle airport was difficult to find and as such my expectations were low. I was pleasantly surprised to find the shuttle very easy to find (go to Terminal 2 to the area above the train station, look for Paul's (a cafe/bistro), enter the lift that is in front of Pauls, go up a level to level 5, coming out of the lift turn left and walk to the area behind the lift - there is a sign of when all the airport shuttle buses come and what the buses look like from each hotel. So - it was easy to find and came regularly. Once at the hotel - the check in staff were pleasant, funny and polite. Check in was easy. People had said on TripAdviser the staff were rude - I didn't see or experience any of this. In fact some of the customers were rude and if I was the reception staff I would not tolerate their rudeness. Anyway staff I met (3 in total) were all great. The room clean and basic but all I needed was a bed to sleep in, a shower to freshen up and a table to put my laptop on to do some work - the room had all this. I slept like sleeping beauty (the bed was comfortable) and didn't hear any planes or noise. The breakfast in the morning was basic but fine and the wifi worked. Over all I was extremely pleased with this hotel as it provided a cheap hotel for the night without having to go into Paris or chose a more expensive hotel nearby.
