"From the moment we arrived (I was there for a conference at QUB while my partner toured around) we were made to feel welcome. Staff were always open to questions, feedback, a chat and hearing our stories about Belfast."

"Beautiful and comfortable hotel and a perfect base for visiting the Antrim Coast. The staff (particularly Catherine) were fantastic. We had an issue with the radiator in our room and we were given an upgrade to compensate, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended 😊"
