“Very good full service downtown hotel.”
Very nice Hotel with many amentities. However, Wi-Fi is not complimentary. A full breakfast is available at a discount. There is plenty of taxi service in front of the Hotel. Also, the City's commuter train station is next door to the Hotel.
“Good Room - Fawlty Towers breakfast experience!”
The hotel room was comfy. Nice soaps and shampoos. The location was handy for the city centre. In the room was an ipod speaker doc - nice touch, but it seemed fairly cheap and didn't work with my iphone.. The breakfast room looked impressive. The food was fine - pricey - but it was fine. The service was wonderfully Fawlty Towers - like. With better dressed staff! A confused waiter, a disinterested unhelpful waitress. To be fair, the waiter did unintentionally make me laugh. (I am a big fan of Manuel from Fawlty Towers.) This was an incident involving a jug of milk, nothing major - just dopey. I asked a disinterested waitress where to find an item on the breakfast bar. She huffed "we've run out" and walked off. Basil Fawlty would have been proud. The service in the breakfast room was no better than any budget hotel I've stayed in.
“Brilliant stay”
Everything I expected. Warmth of welcome, speed of service, and extremely comfortable. A huge asset to the Belfast towards even higher levels of tourism. I shall certainly be returning.
“Find somewhere else!”
Extremely noisy. Badly designed hotel room. No parking. 11am checkout. £15 room service for two poor quality sandwiches. The location is perfect, the hotel is far from it. There are nicer places for the money, and cheaper options for the location. When you are in Belfast be sure to visit the Georges Market - a real gem.
“Would happily stay there again”
This was a very pleasant experience. I arrived a little before 2.00 pm and there was no problem with an early check in. My room wasn't large but had all I needed. It was clean and the bed well presented with lots of pillows. It was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in including my own! Lunch in the ? Cafe bar was delicious and good service. The breakfast I paid for beforehand as suggested by the reception as it is cheaper for guests to do this. It was also very good. It is very close to the bus station and to the city centre. I recommend this hotel.
“The hotel is a wonderful experience”
One of the best we have ever stayed in - have travelled all over the world & your hotel must rate as one of the best - it's has the complete package.
“OK”
Hotel Great
“Nice Hotel, Great Staff”
We stayed at the Europa last weekend for a girls weekend away. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful (especially the reception team). The Hotel is located in a great location - the aiport bus terminates at the bus station behind the hotel, there are two great pubs with nice restaurants across the road, it's on the main bus route to Lisburn Road for a spot of boutique shopping and very near the centre of town for all other attractions and the stunning Victoria Square shopping centre (check out the viewing deck on the top floor of the shopping centre). Our room was nicely furnished with comfortable beds. I'm not a fan of memory foam toppers (which i think were on the beds) as whilst comfortable they make for a very warm night. A big bonus is that the room had a window we could open but it was still too hot during the night as there is no air con with which to cool the room down before going to sleep. The raindrop shower was fantastic (over a bath if you prefer that option) and the only thing missing in the room was a full length mirror. All in all i'd recommend the hotel and would stay there again if I am lucky enough to make another trip to the great City of Belfast.
“Would return.”
Beautiful room, just too small. Desk staff not friendly.
“Modern Hotel in Great Location”
A beautifully renovated hotel right across from The Crown Bar downtown. Great service and very clean. My only complaint is that the rooms are very small.
