“Very comfortable”
A good position for the town centre which is a short walk away. We had a lovely king size bed with plenty of pillows which is something you don't always get with other hotels. The room was not too hot or cold; again some hotels seem to think that you enjoy the heat at night. We were on the top floor and had a good view of the city. My only critisisms, and they are minor ones, is that the room safe had seen better days and some of the buttons didn't work which limited the code number we could use. Also they need to check the expiry date on the milk cartons that they use for the tea and coffee making facility as what could only be described as yoghurt fell in to my freshly made cup of coffee. Nevertheless an enjoyable stay, and they agreed to hold onto our bags for us, on the last day, as our flight back was not until the evening.
“"Very Impressed"”
Everything was perfect. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The service was great, the staff was super friendly and helpful with directions. The location was pretty good, about a 15 min walk to City Centre. Just ask the front desk for a map.
“Excellent !”
Great clean new well designed hotel, room, bed & linen very comfortable. Highly reccomended. A pool, spa & leisure facility would be a superb addition.
“Good hotel, decent location”
This hotel was nice. The service was great, and the location wasn't too bad. Decent deal for the money, though you can find cheaper.
“Christmas Travel”
Spent a long weekend in the Radisson and had a great time. The room was comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful. Staff were friendly. Cleaning staff were excellent and even though they passed our room almost every morning, by the time we returned it was always cleaned again. Only small complaint was the bed was not a king as described, yet still very comfortable and big enough for the two of us! Short walking distance (even for a girl in heels!) to the city centre and also the other local attractions like Georges Market (would highly recommend a visit), the arena and botanical gardens (not so impressive, although the museum here is worth a visit). Belfast itself had so many shops, a fantastic Christmas market, the Belfast eye etc etc and very friendly locals. Highly recommend a visit
“Better than expected”
Hotel easy to find from the city airport. Got an upgarde to business class which was nice. Free car parking was a bonus especially as we also got monday night for free as well.10 min stroll to the cuty centre. Would suggest booking a restaurant table in advance on a saturday night as it was extremely busy. Hire a car as the countryside is lovely. We also had a black taxi ride for the political tour which was very interesting.
“perfectly pleasant”
The reception staff were lovely, the room large, modern, clean and extremely comfortable. I loved the decor, which was warm and cheerful. The hotel was situated a little further out of the centre than expected - it is a good 10 or 15 minute walk. I would stay again but would have to instruct the bar staff in how to make tea properly - the water wasn't hot enough so it was vile. The coffee wasn't much better. They were also very slow - this is not the place for a quick bite and a hot drink when you have a plane to catch! But it was a nice ambience, all the same.
“Very helpful staff”
We stayed at the Radisson Belfast for a long weekend, the service was excellent and the room was very comfortable. Unfortunately there is no spa in this hotel and it is a short walk from the town centre, however, I would definitely recommend this hotel based on the fantastic service.
“unfriendly staff”
The hotel was beautiful however the staff was extremely unfriendy. They were annoyed with any question we asked, such as could they call for a taxi. It is located in a business area and not convinient to any attractions. The restaurant was expensive, it cost us $18.00 (american)for two cups of coffee and 2 danish- - -ridiculous even for hotel food. Don't waste you time.
“Usual high Radisson standard”
My second stay at this very good hotel, with friendly welcoming staff. Good-sized, comfortable rooms, excellent buffet breakfast. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area of new development of the old Gasworks, but a short distance to walk into the city centre. Highly recommended.
