"Didn’t realize this was a love hotel when booking. The neighborhood and reception desk was extremely sketchy, but the room was amazing. Sauna and bath were great and the coffee & tea was delicious. The pillows were a bit flat and the condoms were too small, but there was a massage chair in the room with mood lighting & karaoke. Overall definitely worth the price if you’re looking for a cheap stay between hotels."
"Capsule is a capsule, not a room. It's ok for what it is. Mattress was a little thin. Can't keep any items in it since it has no door, so keep your stuff in a small locker.
Shared bathroom has hot tubs so that's great. Shared lounge / common room was big and fairly comfortable. Most annoying thing was they close the hotel from 10am to 2pm and you can't be there at that time. This should be disclosed in the listing but it wasn't (it is disclosed at the front desk)"

Awesome Hotel - we will be back!
"Everything is wonderful at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel! We enjoyed their new gym and also the great restaurants nearby. Also, it’s just across the street from the metro (subway) and JR (surface train) station so you can get anywhere very quickly!"
