"Villa itself is basic but very clean outside area is lovely couldn’t get our son out of the pool. Burger King, chemist and supermarket within 5 min walk. If you cross over the rd and walk between nudist resort and hotel and turn left you can walk along the beach all the way to the port with restaurants and bars. Would have been nice if someone had greeted us at villa and told us about local area as we only realised we could walk all the way down a couple of days before leaving. Martin was great...

"We chose this villa as we wanted a private pool for a relaxing week and in that sense it was perfect. The outdoor area is really good with shaded areas (especially the Tiki Bar/pergola) and the pool was clean and a good size. We also used the BBQ which worked really well. Inside it was spacious but we didn’t spend much time there beyond sleeping. 10 min walk to the beach and some lovely bars was a great option. "Richard was quick to reply to my questions and very kind to let us have an early check in. The villa is stunning with tons of space and plenty of things to keep the kids busy. The villa is a ten minute drive from Estepona old town, which is beautiful, loved eating out there. Our only complaint would be the pool maintenance guy took a whole day to clean the pool. He left all the cleaning equipment in the pool and disappeared for the day. We mentioned it to Rebecca and she quickly chases him...

"This villa is definitely a home from home. You can tell when owners use their property as it was so well equipped. There are 2 very good size double bedrooms and 2 smaller double bedrooms, all with their own ensuite or separate bathroom. The living area is also a great size for a large group. We were very lucky with the weather which enabled us to make full use of the outside space. The gardens are beautiful and were in full colour.
