What we adore about our villa is its ambience and serenity. It has a unique decoration. We have osmosis water filter, so you don't need to buy any water bottles. You will find 4 generously cut and designed bedrooms and bathrooms. Upstairs you will find three large bedrooms, each with bathroom and bathtub in suite. The main bedroom, overlooking the garden, has a large 40 sqm terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds together with possibility to add an extra bed (cod) or baby cod. The 3rd one has also 2 single beds put together. On the basement suite you will find a king size bed (two single beds together) and separated by a folding screen (if needed) and two chaise lounges as single beds. The ground floor houses the living room with kicker-, pool- and air hockey-table, both with access to the terrace and garden; a large designer kitchen together with a double bed bedroom and separate bathroom with shower. The Tv in the living room has all Sky Tv channels open. The garden is a 250 sqm oasis with heated pool (6 x 3 meters) and a 40 sqm terrace (which can be completely closed by a movable flameless glass) overlooking the garden, with enough sitting areas for everyone and a designer round table for 10 guests. Outside you will find a cosy sitting area just beside the terrace and, near the pool, rocking chairs, which we personally designed, overlooking the pool. We have also 12 hammocks as well as towels for the beach or pool. You will also enjoy the large ping pong table and the adult swings. We provide all towels, hair dryers, body shower gel and shampoo, as well as spices. We provide also baby cod, tub and high chair. The villa is located in an upscale residential area with lots of green areas. The community gardens can be used and the community pool only from July to August and is regulated by the Community of the Urbanisation, so its use and rules are independent from the villa and without any liability from our part. The common areas include 2 paddle courts and a spacious landscaped playground. Everything is close by. We have two wonderful supermarkets just down the street with fresh bread, fish and meat. The pharmacy is at 1 km with a nice walk reachable. The bus stop is 400 meters from the villa. Our guests normally take a local taxi service for larger groups. For instance, the fare from the airport to the villa takes approx. 100€ for a 10 persons group. At 800 meters you will find already restaurants with daily menus at approx 10€. The beach is at 1,4 km with a nice walk, where you will find beach restaurants. The hosts were fantastic and the communication was brilliant. The house is so well stocked with everything you could need. Two good supermarkets on your doorstep. Close to the beach. We had children of various ages and all were kept entertained. The entire party agreed we would love to return. We've done a few villa trips now, and this one has been exceptional. The villa has a cracking location, convenient to two really well stocked supermarkets, close the a number of great restaurants and close enough to he beach to comfortably walk (10 mins). The villa is really clean, quiet and well furnished - the inside / outside dining area is brilliant as is the kitchen with more utensils / crockery and cutlery than you'll ever need. There is a big communal swimming pool as well as a small children’s park. If you want to go to to different places ie Marbella town or puerto Banus I would recommend car hir although you can use Uber or bus, lovely property and we had a fantastic time ##### Amanda D. From a well equipped kitchen to USB charging points next to every bed, the hosts have thought of everything to make their guests’ stay as enjoyable as possible. The pool and garden provided endless hours of daytime fun, whilst the outdoor terrace each evening was an oasis of relaxation. It is a short walk to two large supermarkets and there are a number of really good restaurants nearby - La Scala being our absolute favourite. La Plage Casanis is a beautiful beach just a 20 minute walk away and we used a local taxi company and Uber to visit Marbella, Mijas and other places. This villa was by far the best we have stayed in, and we are already looking forward to booking it again next year. ##### Diane J. The social area is very spacious and beautiful, the owners are very responsive and at check in they explain EVERYTHING perfectly. Kitchen is full of tools and the patio is great.... We will definitely come back. There is a Mercadona 200 feet away, very accessible golf courses within walking distance, the area is very quiet. Was a 5 star plus experience. But within a few days we were made to feel totally at home at the villa. The hosts were amazing, attentive, responsive and extremely helpful in whatever our needs were. The villa was very well organized and equipped with every need. Well located walking distance to groceries stores and beech. Easy access to public transit with Uber options very reasonable. The villa is in a wonderful location in a quiet area of Elviria, near to two supermarkets, and a short wslk to a lively beach. We were a family of 11 and a baby and the villa had absolutle everything we needed. Lovely pool, swings, garden and many things for kids and grown ups to do. Clean, comfy, felt like home from home. The communication from Alexandra and Fredrick was friendly, informative and very efficient. Check in was simple, we were met at the villa by Fredrick who took us through how everything worked. We were able to drop our luggage off early. The villa is well equipped with everything you can imagine from coffee machines to ping pong balls to USB chargers in all rooms has BBQ, sunbed, plenty of chairs, pool table, air hockey and heated pool. The beds are very comfy. The location is in a residential area, lovely and quiet, 2 well stocked supermarkets less than 5 min walk. There are a couple of bars and restaurants 10 min walk down the hill, these are local places not tourist bars. They are friendly and cheap, recommend Saratoga for lunch and best sangria.Buses to Marbella can be caught on the dual carriageway 5 min walk. Uber is ready available and 16 into Marbella. We were a family ages ranging from 11 to 79, everyone had the best time. Cannot wait to come back . ##### Clair B. We had a fabulous stay at this lovely, well equipped villa. Bedrooms are all good sizes, and the master bedroom is particularly plush with a large bathroom and balcony. The basement suite is great for kids with their own TV and easily sleeps 4, ours loved it Our family particularly enjoyed the outside area - great warm pool, lots of sunbeds with choice of sun or shade, table tennis and ample seating areas plus lovely evening lighting. Location is great if you don’t mind being a little way out of Marbella itself, an easy 10-15 min Uber. Very close to good supermarkets and the beach is walking distance (or a short drive if like us you’re not big on walking) where there are some lovely beach restaurants- recommend Perla Blanca at sunset. Currently a big water inflatable at the beach which the kids really enjoyed, and sunbeds there were only 10 euros for 2 Including umbrella. My family and I have just returned from a fabulous week at the Serenity Villa. The hosts were so accommodating.. in the lead up to our stay, on arrival and during. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more .. the Villa itself was just perfect .. we were a party of 7 but the villa could easily accommodate 12! Each bedroom was immaculate with all en-suites providing all required .. shampoo, shower gel, towels and hairdryers! Beach towels were also supplied .. the balcony via the main bedroom was beautiful and provided extra space. The kitchen was the most equipped and stocked that I have ever experienced, with everything labelled. clearly. We even did some washing The outside area however is the place we spent the most time .. beautiful table where we could all eat together, a lovely seating area to sit and have a chat and a cuppa on the morning and a few drinks in the evening and a BBQ with everything provided! The pool table, air hockey and table tennis where much used and an added bonus .. the Gardener comes every morning to clean the pool and keep everywhere tidy and there are plenty of sunbeds .. I could go on but it’s safe to say that this is definitely one of the very best villas we have ever stayed at and you would be hard pushed to find anything better .. worth every penny. ##### Angela T. The fresh fish, prawns, mussels, paella, tortilla and takeaway meals in the Mercadona were brilliant and inexpensive. The villa itself was perfect for us....8 adults and 3 children aged 6-76! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The pool was a godsend in 38 degree heat, and it was hard getting the kids out of it! The fans on the terrace were a welcome addition, and we spent most of our evenings there and used the bbq most nights too. We used Ubers to get around, although the beach was walkable, but would recommend a car if you're confident driving in Spain. Only tiny criticism is that as it is a big villa, that sleeps 12, a 4 slice toaster would be a welcome addition instead of the 2 slice, as our family get a bit hangry at breakfast time waiting!!!! I stayed here as a group of 9 on a girls holiday. The whole process of booking the villa was smooth with great communication from Alexandra. A late check out was agreed without any bother at time of booking which made life a lot easier We were met by Fredich at the villa who took time to show us around and how things worked. Nothing was too much trouble The villa is immaculate inside and out. The pool area is amazing and the garden is tranquil. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all decorated lovely and soap, shower gel and hairdryers are provided in every room. It has everything you could possibly need. It is even well stocked with spices and condiments as well as washing and dishwasher tablets. The villa itself is in a great location. It has a local beach, restaurant and bars, yet is only a short journey away from Marbella itself. Ubers were easy to get. There are two big supermarkets at the end of the street making it very easy to buy supplies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa without a doubt. ##### Nicola S. Villa Serenity is perfect and was ideal for 13 of us, ages ranging from 4 months - 61 years! The kitchen was so well stocked with spices/oils/cleaning products/ washing products which was super helpful as we did a lot of cooking in the villa. The rooms are clean and spacious and the beds are comfortable. The terrace and pool area are lovely, a really nice setting to relax both day evening. The villa is in a great location, there are 2 supermarkets at the end of the road, less than a 2 minute walk away which have everything you’ll need. It’s within walking distance to the beach and there are a couple of children’s play areas near by which are great when the kids need a change of scenery. Marbella old town is only a 15 min cab ride away and Puerto Banus a 20 min cab ride away. Communication with Alexandra and Friedrich was great and so easy. They went the extra mile to accommodate some last minute requests and were on hand if we needed anything during our stay. I can’t recommend Villa serenity enough, everything was very well thought through, it was a home from home. We had a wonderful time and hope to return again one day. Communication before, during and after our stay was swift and friendly, they were extremely helpful and accommodating to the few changes we needed. Check in was thorough and very helpful. The villa - everything the listing says it is. Big enough for our group of 9 adults, very comfortable, had all the kitchen stuff \[including a fully stocked herbs & spices drawer!!\], 2 massive fridge freezers, large dining table in the outside / inside kitchen / garden area, BBQ, loads of sun loungers. All the bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms clean. I can't find a fault anywhere. Location - very quiet pretty little street \[no noisy traffic at all\], 200m from 2 excellent supermarkets, 15 minute walk to local restaurants \[try La Scala - outstanding\] and 20 minute walk to the beach \[try La Plage Casanis - first class\]. We couldn’t be happier with our choice for renting this villa. We were 2 couples that rented for 11 days in May. The villa has every amenities you can ask for. The rooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable. The hosts, Alexandra and Friedrich, are very attentive, available and have put a lot of attention to details in making the villa a cozy living space. The kitchen is well equipped. Every cupboards and drawers are labelled for quick and easy access to all utensils, pots and pans. We really appreciated the 2 refrigerators. The outside covered living space is where we spent most of our time. With the retractable window panes, we could open and close them to adjust for wind and changing temperature. We had all of our meals seated comfortably at the large round table. The backyard is nice and large, with mature trees/hedges for shade and privacy. Lots of lounge chairs to relax in. We made use of the barbecue regularly and were very happy with its quality/performance. The heated pool is a big plus and was one of our main criteria for renting the villa. We used it every single day, especially after a round of golf. The backyard is kept clean thanks to a grounds keeper that comes every other day. The location is also great. 5 minute walk to two large grocery stores. 15 minute walk to La Scala restaurant (highly recommended). 30 minute walk to the beach. Access to highway is 2 minutes away by car. We highly recommend this villa. ##### Alain F.
