"My family and I enjoyed staying at this property - nice lay out so you all have your own little bit of space but nice big communal areas for spending time together - the hosts have left lots of condiments/cleaning products/utensils so you don’t need to buy/take lots of things with you - really pretty view. Sunsets are 10/10 and are visible from most of the house. The nearby beach has a lovely local/community feel to it. Overall - very happy with our stay"

"As travelers from Australia, we decided on a self contained old worker's cottage as a change from the ordinary motels. We were not disappointed. Although small ( or compact ), the house came with the mod cons we required. Whether summer holidaying or like us, travelling about Cornwall, the house is central to beaches, shops, transport and restaurants and tourist spots."

"Our host Sue was absolutely amazing she was there to greet us and show us around the property. For us it was the ideal location, down a country lane quiet and away from any noise. The cottage was immaculate with everything you need, a home from home. It was also located within driving distance to Perranporth and it’s beautiful beach plus much more. We will return !"

I had my 90 year old mother with me so the steps into the property were a bit of a challenge, particularly the step over the threshold. The stairs within the house were also steep, but she managed ok. Well equipped and tastefully decorated. Parking was an issue but one would expect that in a town centre and the cottage was of an age when there were far fewer cars. "The property is spacious and well positioned for the beach. Difficult to park a car on their driveway so had to park elsewhere. The BBQ and oven were not clean. "An amazing hotel was a luckily treasure of a fine that I came across entirely by chance, and definitely somewhere that I shall be staying at again. All the staff are amazing, the food was lovely and my room was incredible (actually got a free upgrade as another guest cancelled at the last minute). If you are visiting Cornwall and fancy a lovely staff, give this hotel a try! Also, they have a bar with an amazing range of rums, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Finally, if that was not enough, this hotel also let's you bring your furry companions with you, and they do special dog menus!! As in special food for dogs, not physically seeing dog as a dish!!!"
