"it's a great place, lots of room, big pool and a tennis court. 3 minutes drive from the nearest beach. you must have a car. very clean and well equipped. too bad there were fire alerts so we couldn't use the outdoor BBQ & pizza over."

"It is everything listed! The only issue may be how steep the stairs are, but this is not unusual on Hydra or in Greece for that matter. Things are built upward, not outward so there are usually steep stairs at hotels and even restaurants. I only mention it if you have older or weaker members, they may not be able to use the upstairs. My wife and I had no problems though and we're well over 50! Rania is very easy to work with and attentive! Definitely a great place to stay!"

"This house was absolutely ideal. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, meeting us at the ferry and ensuring everything was set up for our comfort. The location of the house is excellent, with its cleanliness and tastefully done decor standing out. This was one of our best stays in a long while, and we are certainly planning to return."

"We were met by Manos and Beverly who escorted us to our apartment letting us know local information along the way - best supermarket, best restaurants, best beaches etc. They introduced us to the neighbour who quickly gave us some cucumbers for dinner. "It is Hydra, and there are some steps to be climbed to get to it either on foot or by donkey, but our kind host Theodora has a gem of a property at which to stay close to town. It is very neat and clean, with a little inner courtyard for eating dinner and visiting with friends, and a roof top area that can be climbed via a narrow stair case with great views of the surrounding neighborhood and Hydra Town. (This was a really nice feature) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend...

"Really enjoyed our stay. House was good, but the pool was what made it, all to ourselves, warm water, lovely view. Both our VRBO contact and the person who lived downstairs were both really helpful but not at all obtrusive on our holiday. Porto heli is nice. We should probably have hired a car to explore more but taxis were easy and not too expensive. Spetses was lovely to visit by water taxi."

"It was in a peaceful area near a great town. The host was excellent at communication. The swimming pool is only available May-October which we didn't realise but it was close to the sea. The bikes are only available on request so make sure to let the host know if you want them. The power cut out several times so make sure you know how to get it back on. The host was very good at helping us with small problems."

The island of Hydra is beautiful and definitely worth a visit. The owner of the property was very nice and accommodating. We arrived early (before check-in time) and she allowed us to leave all of our luggage in the apartment while they finished cleaning."

"We were very pleased with the studio. It was spotless, well lit, nicely decorated and in a calm part of the town yet 2-3 minutes from the port, restaurants and shops. Yiannis kindly met us at the port, helped us with our luggage and was always available via WhatsApp to answer our questions, make reservations, etc. Highly recommended place with a beautiful terrace to have breakfast or a glass of wine in the afternoon :-)"

"House is perfectly located in the center of town. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Didn't spend much time indoors but house was appointed with everything we needed and extras (movie projector, washing machine , etc...) Would love to stay again!"
