"Good location. Close to pretty much everything you would want to walk to. There's a couple little grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, ice cream places, bars, surf shops, and of course the beach. The house itself has pots, pans, dishes, glasses, ect so you can cook. They left plenty of beach towels for just the two of us and had a beach wagon all ready to go as well. "Overall we had a great time. The house was clean and location was perfect. Bruce was easy to communicate with. We were disappointed that although the house advertised "fully fenced yard", it did not mention that it is a shared yard with another unit. Also it was not really fully fenced; we had to put something to block off one of the entrances. Other than that we were very happy."

"This beautiful home was the perfect place for us to stay for our daughter’s college graduation. Extremely spacious, fantastic for our friends and family to stay and celebrate. Plenty of parking, huge yard, swimming pool, game room. Kitchen and dining room were perfect!!! I definitely recommend this to anyone with a large family or group of friends."

This property is located in a community with a pool that is not busy at all and is away from all the beach craziness, specifically traffic and people. There are beaches easily drivable in 15-30 minutes. They are fairly close but there is lots of traffic to get anywhere so somewhere that is 5 miles away will take that long to get to.
