I really hope you are paying her enough because she is a gem! Nothing was too much trouble even won over my usually reserved, sons. So helpful , so attentive to all guests. She is the reason I would stay again. Thankyou"

"Limited hot water in shower for 2 days, had to Wait for week day- kept shifting to freezing cold every few seconds. Patricia at reception was wonderful, proactively helpful and informed, she knew exactly what to do even though maintenance were not yet available. She was swift and attentive andbcame straight to the room and fixed the problem on the weekday morning, without me having to wait for maintenance. "
