"Our first time staying in a hotel where both check in was remote and access was via a digital key sent to your smartphone. In fairness all worked well but we found the process too impersonal. The room itself was compact but was just about OK for a 2 night stay. Though some reviews have mentioned noise issues from other rooms, we were perhaps fortunate to find it quiet both nights. A good location for rail travellers like us, just opposite the Berlin HBF. On a matter of personal taste the muted lighting in an already darkly decorated room made vision for our mature eyes a little difficult!"

The location is excellent, especially for travelers arriving by train, as it is very close to Berlin Hauptbahnhof and convenient for exploring the city. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything we needed for a short stay was provided, and we appreciated the easy access to Berlin’s main attractions. A great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a superb location."

"I had such an amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt Berlin. I didn’t use the pool, gym, or breakfast, but the room and service was phenomenal. Room was squeaky clean everyday, room was gorgeous, and the location was convenient and felt very safe. It was my first time in Germany and this hotel made my experience perfect. If there is anything to criticize, it would be the Vox restaurant. My fries came out cold and my water was over 10 euros. It would’ve been nice to know that my water would be more expensive than most other drink options and my side. Their crème brûlée and wine was amazing though. I wanted to go back just for those. I will be coming back here if I come back to Berlin :)"

"Urban Loft was a great experience. The room was extremely clean and well maintained. Furthermore, the space was large enough for two people with a nice view. The staff could've been more helpful. When we walked in, it was unclear where to check in with no/minimal signage. When we found the staff on the way in, they just pointed us to the iPads, but on the way out, they wanted to press everything on the iPad for us."
