“Just about OK”

Not a great hotel. Old property, painted over. Cracks in walls, fixtures losse and not working. Morning breakfast is bare bones. Went because of the location. Unlikely to be back

“Won't go back.”

Hotel was not in a good part of town. When I walked in the lobby, all I could smell was smoke. The outside door that led to my hallway was rigged so that it would stay open; not safe. the halls leading to the room smelled of smoke and mold and the floors were in bad condition. the room itself was OK, and the lady at the front was very nice. The free breakfast was good. But, hotel is in bad condition.

“Another reviewer said it best...”

...you get what you pay for. Honestly, one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had for the price. There were quite a few small cosmetic problems with the room and I could smell smoke at night. I'm not sure if this was from other residents or from the building itself. The TV channels were limited and most were fuzzy. But, it only took 5 minutes to get from the Convention Center back to the hotel at night (a few more to go from the hotel to the Convention Center). The low cost and convenience to downtown were my biggest concerns and it offered that.

“Great value - Great Stay”

Our visit was very comfortable and economical. We enjoyed the most courteous staff, and the breakfast was awesome. We will definately stay again. This hotel has all of the comforts to enjoy during your visit.

“Great Service and Friendly Staff”

I really liked the staff. They were super friendly. The hotel is kind of old but it was very comfortable and clean. The beds were really great. In the morning I went to the breakfast buffet and was really impressed by the selection and offerings. It had everything and it was very tasty. I will be back. The price and valve can't be beat.

“DO NOT stay here!”

BAD Neighborhood, Very old, dirty and worn out facility, except for the lobby. I took one look at the room and turned in my keys for a refund! This was rated 3 stars and I booked it through the 40%off option and wasn't shown the hotel until I booked and paid. If you do the same and find this is the hotel they give you, I hope you can get your money back!

“Worst hotel experience, Epic Fail!”

First off the pictures are VERY misleading, as there were no HD TV's in the rooms. They were old and dingy and the walls were peeling. The curtains were torn and it was in a very bad part of town. The halls smelled like smoke. Needless to say my wife and I were disappointed. When we got back from a night on the town at midnight the power had went out, not the hotels fault, but it was the the last straw. I could not get into the building to get my stuff and the staff was very impatient with me and ran behind the desk for 20 min after I asked for help to get into my room. Then the man who helped me was very rude and barely acknowledged me. I finally got into my room and grabbed everything with no light because the staff member who was with me walked away with the flash light! I couldn't leave fast enough and will NEVER return to this awful place! Epic Fail in my book. Definately not a 3 star hotel.

“The Hotel and Staff were great!”

From the check in I was greated like they were waiting just for me. Very friendly and efficient. My room was spacious and very clean. The housekeeping staff was attentive to my requests. The breakfast was fresh and the eggs on the buffet were even hot. It was really quite tastey. This is my second or third time staying here and I will come back again and tell my friends. Great experience.
