Fantastic hotel, staff and ambiance. Great art throughout the hotel with a chance to buy some of the reproductions.
Rooms are first class in all aspects and very quiet even a t busy times, the 5 star is well deserved and would go back again, not cheap but a fantastic place to "push out the boat" even better if the business is paying!!

This is well centralized hotel near everything, shops next door, plaza, metro , bus, taxis, restaurants is a big plus, hotel all speak English. modern facility with great view and friendly staff, has free spa services except for massage, great restaurants and café, but a bit high cost, lucky great café around the corner and amazing buildings al over. free internet and top notch quality in everything.. amazing beds.
Old in age but not appearance or comfort. From the moment the doorman dressed in traditional, black with tails, tells you to leave everything and tags it curbside, you know it is going to be a great place. Want the feel of an oversized hotel room, seating area and modern bath, with tub that holds water hot for hours and a shower stall; 12 foot ceilings? Then this is it in Hamburg. The breakfast includes your ordered omelet, as well as a huge selection of all the usual, but also the unique, like a natural honeycomb for honey.
The hotel is very well situated it is close to the main train station, close to the water and close to restaurants and retail.
The room was extremely comfortable, very clean and modern. The hotel staff were also helpful and friendly.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
2 minutes walk to Gansemarkt U bahn station, 5 minutes walk to Jungfernstieg,Nuer Wall and Rathaus. Rooms are spacious and very clean in general. The staff are very kind and helpful.
The wifi was free but coverage in room was a bit slow and on and off. The breakfast was pricy but there is a nice bakery just around the corner.
If you get a good price I strongly recommend this hotel.
Great hotel with a very modern interior and fantastic views over the city. The rooms were spotlessly clean and were very comfortable, even having a pillow menu to choose from. The location is great, right outside Dammtor S bahn station and only a few minutes walk (circa 10) to the city centre. Slightly irritated by the bar man in the night club who gave us the bill for our drinks then asked how much we would like charged to our credit card, clearly suggesting that we should add a tip on to the bill total. No issues with tipping but just found being essentially asked for a tip a bit cheeky. Maybe it's a cultural thing! On the whole though, a great hotel.
We enjoyed staying three nights in this hotel.
The reception staff were excellent, professional and friendly. They responded efficiently to our last-minute request (11pm) for an extra overnight bed in our room. Nothing appeared too much trouble for them. The door staff were polite and cheerful. Check-out was handled professionally and smoothly, and our bags were stored after checkout while we explored the city on our last day.
The room was very comfortable and spacious, with added personal touches such as robes, slippers, free water and chocolates. The room had a well fitted bathroom with good shower and nice toiletries.
There was a spa centre, which we did not have time to visit unfortunately.
We would certainly stay in this hotel on any future visits to Hamburg, and would not hesitate to recommend it to any visitors to the city.
Hotel is handily placed for central Hamburg which is only 10 / 15 mins stroll away. Reeperbahn is 5 mins away. Rooms spacious and well equipped and staff very helpful. Would definitely stay at the Adina again.
I stay at this hotel when in Hamburg for business. Location is great for Hamburg and hotel is clean, immaculate and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is all you would want it to be with great choice of fresh products.

It was my first stay at the hotel. Although I arrived very late due to the night flight into the city, the staff was very friendly and immediately helped me check in. I was on a business trip, and the in-room internet connection was more than satisfactory to suit my needs to contact my home office. I cannot leave a comment about other business facilities (such as printing and scanning) that I have not used, though. The room was extremely tidy with pretty much everything I need to soothe up.
The location is very nice, with close proximity to the city's commercial and shopping areas. I could find pretty much anything I need within the next two blocks, such as some office supplies or extra clothes.
Only notable fault was that the mini bar was completely empty throughout during my stay. The staff on the ground floor, however, helped me buy beverages or snacks any time I wanted. Accordingly, I cannot find any fault on it either.
