Spencer's for Steaks and Chops - Steaks and seafood with an extensive wine selection prominently displayed in the glass walls of two “wine rooms”–intimate dining areas for 2-8 people, separate from main, dark wood-paneled dining room. Chef's table for eight allows private parties to watch kitchen staff at work. Piano bar with blue-and-green glass walls draws a pre-game local crowd for cocktails and appetizers. “A great hotel.”

A very smart hotel. Lovely staff. Beautiful pool. Shame it several blocks away from anything else.

“BAD SERVICES”

ORDERED FOOD FROM LOBBY BAR, AFTER SEVERAL REQUEST ON ITS READYNESS & AN HOUR LATER WAS SERVED THE MEAL BUT HAD TO SEND IT BACK AS IT WAS COLD. LATER THE SAME FOOD WAS RETURNED REHEATED, NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED FROM THE HILTON, STAFF TOLD US JUST TO PAY THE BILL AND FORGET THE TIP.
