"It was more affordable than other places near the centre, only 5-10 minutes walk to Lime Street station. The apartment was clean and quiet too and check-in was straight forward. Only issue I had was a very uncomfortable bed that made a lot of noise every time you moved because it was a fold-away bed. They had put a mattress topper on to try and help but did not sleep well. Fine for one night but I wouldn't want to sleep there for consecutive nights on that bed. "

"We have had a lovely stay in this apartment in Liverpool. The location is fab , with access to shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay again. The only negatives were around check in time which was later than advertised and communication about this could have been slicker and more proactive. For parking we were advised to look at nearby Q-park and NCP facilities. However there is 24 hr parking just round the corner on Parr St which is closer and offered...

Apartment no7 was comfortable, clean and welcoming. Could have done with bedside lamps as once you turn main light off it’s a walk in the complete darkness to the bed - bit of a hazard! "Overall a really nice property. Very spacious and it was very clean. Location is great. Lacks a bit of coziness with the excess of white walls and lack of natural light. Room for improvement - the sofa bed in the living room only comfortably seats 3 people- we were a party of 5 so two were sitting on dining chairs. It’s also not suitable as a bed for 2 people. It’s very uncomfortable as a sofa bed with the line down the middle and not very stable. My 7 and 13 year old struggled on it so adults...

At 2pm on the Saturday afternoon i picked up an email saying we need a £150 deposit now and 2 photo forms of ID. 1 for each adult. This is noted in the advert but for them to take that long is unacceptable. If my wife didnt have her ID in her emails from our house purchase we wouldn’t have been...

"I like the convenience of walking to many places around. The staff was pretty good. There is a major issue with two things: Quality of the mattress Washing machines were not working. You have only two Peking machines for an entire building. Some are out of order and they are so small that you have to do two loads of laundry. Management or The owner should invest more money to upgrade the room mattresses and the laundry rooms"
