A vague location was provided only short time before & due to heavy traffic in high tourist area it was difficult for us to find. "Spacious and extremely well furnished and equipped, this apartment has lovely views over the golf course and bay. The owner’s communications were timely, friendly and very helpful. His reception staff were lovely. One criticism would be that the duvets provided could do with replacement; and , perhaps, the rear doors with a repaint! But a lovely place , and a most comfortable and happy stay."

"Comfortable flat just across the street from the corniche to the beach. An easy 25 minute walk into Intra-Muros, but you have grocery, boulangerie, etc a close walk as well. The space is quaint and comfortable."

"Excellent apartment with everything you could need. Can't think of anything that was missing. The location is brilliant, we parked the car and walked everywhere. Great restaurants within easy walking distance. Town is a 15 minute stroll along the promenade. Beach and surroundinf area is lovely. The owners are lovely, very helpful and easy to contact. We liked it so much, we've booked for next year. Would highly recommend."

"Property was well maintained and close to all the major attractions. Lisa responded to all our needs very quickly. Would have preferred to be able to adjust thermostat directly but Lisa made all request temperature adjustments very quicly. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. "Une odeur prégnante de moisi et de renfermé (surtout dans le meuble contenant la vaisselle qui oblige à systématiquement la laver avant utilisation), le canapé type BZ est inconfortable, s'asseoir dessus est une épreuve ! Et les tapis au sol sont usagés et ne renvoient pas un ressenti de propreté. Dommage !! La petite cour est sympa mais un mini parasol ne suffit pas pour pouvoir y déjeuner. Dommage car ce logement est vraiment bien situé."

"Nous avons passé quelques jours dans un appartement très agréable et décoré avec goût, rien ne manque. Il est idéalement situé pour découvrir Dinard sans avoir besoin de voiture. Il est facile et rapide d’échanger avec l’aimable propriétaire. Bref, une escapade réussie !"

"L'appartement est très bien situé, dans une petite rue très calme. Très bien équipé. Petit point négatif, nous avons dormi dans le canapé mais pas vraiment confortable pour les dos fragiles... Le lit double de la chambre est convenable."

"The location was excellent. Close to the beach and old town but easy to drive to and quiet at night. The apartment was a good size with a larger kitchen that was well stocked. Private parking in the underground parkade was great. Sylvia met us at the apartment for check in and was very helpful. We will definitely recommend this place."
