Sea view at an angle (lateral) and on Tour Solidor, beach 50m away. A bedroom with 160 x 200 bed (king size) with 72cm flat screen TV on the wall, A bedroom with two 80x200 beds (possible to join them into one bed), Living / dining room 20 m2 with sofa bed and 105 cm flat screen TV, dining table Fully equipped kitchen (traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), bathroom with sink, walk-in shower, washing machine, separate toilet. Shutters or roller shutters in all rooms, double glazing on windows Secure private parking in the garden, otherwise great ease of parking on the square. Garden tables, sun loungers, parasols, table tennis table available East / West exposure, beautiful sunshine Completely renovated. Es ist nicht weit zu den Stränden, Geschäften und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt. Dazu gehören ein Garten und ein Parkplatz. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Spacieux, très bien équipé, les chambres disposent de nombreux rangements fort appréciables. L’accès au jardin partagé où l’on peut garer sa voiture est un plus. Idéalement situé à 30mn de marche de Saint-Malo ”intra-muros”, il permet de faire d’agréables ballades aux alentours. Une brasserie très chaleureuse, en face de la place permet de s’y restaurer le midi (snack le soir), et le front de mer dispose d’agréables crêperies et restaurants très abordables. Lysiane est une hôte chaleureuse, très à l’écoute et disponible, qui met à disposition un recueil des meilleures adresses de la région. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir.À recommander inconditionnellement. ##### Denis K.
