COVID MEASURES: After each rental, the sanitary cleaning protocol is applied, the linen is washed at high temperature. Short stay accepted outside school holidays and discounted fortnightly and monthly rates. Decreasing rate for stays of 15 days and more. Please contact us. ENVIRONMENT : Free parking space on one of the intramural car parks from Easter to October. Located at 100 meters from the Saint Vincent gate. Close to the beaches (5 min walk), shops (50 meters from a Carrefour Market) and activities. Marine spa close to the location. CONFIGURATION and EQUIPMENT : Flat ideal for a family with children (has a cot and a baby chair, games and books). Bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet, both completely refurbished from the end of June 2021\.
