"The front desk was above and beyond..ordered me a taxi and carried my luggage plus the cleanliness when we entered the rooms after being exhaustes took away all our stress and they also extended my checkout for 2hours because my flight was delayed..i believe very few hotels do that..thanks for everything it was a pleasant stay"

"The suite was spacious, Clean. having a kitchenette could be a bonus for this room. staff are very nice. breakfast needs to include more varieties to match with Arab and western guests , as it focus on Asian food ... the hotel is next door to mall of the emirates , and Metro train station at the mall as well as less than 10 min walk to mashreq metro station. "The hotel itself is beautiful and is in a great location. Close to many of the main attractions you would want to see when visiting Dubai. The staff were very attentive and kind. Which make all the difference. I would recommend Dusit Thani to anyone. Also you cant miss it with its unique building. "
