"The hotel is nice with a great location for NewYears Eve party and fireworks. The place is dated (pool, spa, fitness, bathroom, windows) but provided good service when requested. For the price of the hotel, breakfast should be included. I would stay here again, especially for New years Eve. The Sunday Night market is without 5 minutes. "

"By far the best value for money I had two aircorns and the very big and unique swimming pool with glas on the one side was a treat The service was very good and they even have a free taxi to sertain locations I have booked several hotels in Thailand with more or less the same budget and this hotel stood like a pole above water Lovely buffet breakfast with many dishes to choose from I hoghly recommend this hotel, you won't be dissapointed"

"Very good price for a beach front hostel. It does get more expensive during full moon week and you are encouraged to stay for 5 days. Everything was great other than the staff. The one guy (reminds me of Jaffar from Aladdin) was extremely lazy and stubborn. It is annoying at first but it is fine as long as you use his laziness to your advantage (ie. Do things you usually aren't aloud to do because he does not care)"

"..the room was not comfortable, although it looked esthetically pleasing...the shower did not have a proper drain, instead it flowed on the opposite side into rocks which I am sure never get cleaned...the floor of the bath is small black stones which are uncomfortable on the feet..and don't look clean (even if they are clean)..the lighting was rather complicated..at firstl the television didn't work, they even had another brand of remote, so they had to bring in another television set. "I called ahead, before making my reservation,to the front desk and was told parking was available for 50baht basically accross the street at a bar. When I arrived the bar said no parking available The nearest parking I was able to find was over 1.5k away. Had they told me no gauranteed parking, I would not have taken the room. I called and messaged them after, no response "
