"Female at check in was totally bored and unhelpful. The males on front desk during my stay we mostly very helpful and nice. Also guys on duty,porters etc, also very nice and helpful. I stayed here about 6 times defore covid and it is now nothing like it used to be. Breakfast appalling, used to be great. after first morning I had breakfast at the hotel across the road. So did many others I spoke with."

"We rented this for a few nights to entertain our grandchild a few days and my novice search skills suggested this was very much kid-friendly. Well, that is a huge understatement…it was AWESOME and my granddaughter had more fun than I’d ever seen her have. Pool great, dining in the hotel a very reasonable and delicious and honestly it felt like I should be paying WAY more than what the nightly charges were.
