"Thumbs up to the staff who were so helpful and courteous. If you're looking for an affordable, quiet and decent place to stay, i would definitely recommend staying here. The rooms have a bit of a safari feel to them; the floors can get cold, so i would suggest carrying/wearing slippers. Make sure to request one of the rooms in front of the pool, the view is lovely at night. Also if you're looking for a ride to get you around Kigali, ask for Alphonse. "The staff were lovely but the hotel was showing its age and the carpets all smelled like they needed a really good clean - the air freshener sticks were not doing a good job of hiding it. The pool was out of action but the breakfast was fairly good. My room though was huge, the bed comfortable and likewise on the big side, and the shower was really really good - hot water and great pressure."
