The staff at the hotel could not have been more understanding or helpful. They sent someone to get me a toothbrush and toothpaste, accompanied me into town to buy clothes and helped me to contact the airline as the airport staff would not give me their local contact details. For the first time ever I also got my shirts ironed properly and at a very affordable price. The room isn't in great condition: very stained carped and stench of smoke. In my view, the restaurant is overpriced if you want to have lunch/dinner. There is always a warm welcome from the staff. The rooms are comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is a perfect place to relax after a busy day. It is a great place to have dinner guest as the restaurant does a great job with both food and service.
