Our stay at the fantastic four seasons hotel was simply AMAZING !!! I would recommend to all my friends and family that this is the best hotel bar none!

Great stay, everything as expected, quality hotel and service was excellent.

We are from Melbourne and headed up to Byron for a birthday party. We booked the King Deluxe Room, with a massive king size bed. The room is larger than the dorm rooms, it has an en-suite and most important bar fridge, the room also has a decent balcony. The hostel has a massive outdoor party area with two spas, great for pre-drinks before heading out to the many bars in town.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great apartment like accommodation, clean pool and spa. Only annoyance was some builders' noise early in the morning and nearby café when opening early. Overall very happy with stay and will likely return.

I enjoyed my recent stay in this hotel. It was quiet and comfortable, the rate was competitive with other apartments in the area, so we have no negative feedback at all.

This is the second time that I stayed in this hotel. It was a year apart. I chose this hotel due to the fact that I can have some quiet time without disturbance doing some work, reading, relaxing and not to worry where I need to eat as the food here is excellent at both restaurants. It is likely that I might come back visit again. I called to change the time of the dinner booking for the first night as I had to finish work in the city and was delayed for driving to the hotel. However, the new time of the booking, which was an hour later than the original booking, was not reflected in the restaurant upon my arrival. The waiter serving me was a bit patronizing, which I do not expect from this grade of the hotel. Furthermore, I wasn't told about the special breakfast rate was for the entire stay when I booked. As I did not have breakfast one morning, both days were charged. But after I explained, the rate was changed back to normal rate for 1 day, which was fine. As I went to the hotel by myself, somehow, the restaurant booking was mistakenly booked for 2 people by the receptionist via email when I booked, which I had to correct upon my arrival. I was questioned again at the breakfast whether there was someone else for breakfast. I began to wonder, does this hotel not accept solo traveller? Despite these mis-communications, the stay was great for me. Hopefully, I will be able to go for a walk next time. It is a beautiful location, not far from Sydney!

We had a very comfortable stay and the facilities in the room and the hotel in general were more than sufficient. Will stay there again.
