"We really loved our stay at Barcelo. We had booked the premium accommodation and were really appreciative of the perks, such as snacks, buffet, welcome drinks and even one item laundered for free. The staff were pleasant and the food spread was great. The property is walking distance from Zocalo and one of our hop on and hop off bus stops was also a few hundred feet away only. We had a bit of an incident on one of the days when we took a cab from the vendor outside the hotel who lost his way...

One word for management, please try to talk to your chefs that most people from the USA eat their steak medium to medium rare. Sun h a waste for an expensive cuts of meat to be always cooked well done."
