"I loved this hotel! It's beautiful, the people were very nice, and the rooms were lovely and clean. The bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was amazing and the view was even better. "the hotel is nice and clean, it is located up in the mountain overviewing the lake. we got the duplex on two floors apartment for the 4 of us. the size of the apartment is ok. breakfast was very good with a lot of variety of choices, you can even ask for more choices that are not on the buffet. I personally prefer to Stay in the city (Interlaken) for future trips and I would find a hotel closer to the lake for better view and for the fact that the drive up and down to the hotel was Not EASY,...

"Property was in great condition. Communication from host was great and provided everything we needed. Self check in and check out a breeze. Grocery store across street. Only down side was not a lot of dining options nearby, although the bistro across the street was wonderful. "

"Cute hotel at the end of a private drive. We had room 201 and shared with friends of ours. The room was very tidy and spacious, with a lovely balcony with great views. Yes, the bathroom smelled like sulfur but it's common in Iceland with hot water. The common area was very spacious and was a great place to hang out. "Beautiful location, extremely peaceful and quiet and very close to nature plus with outstanding views of the town of Metsovo across the valley. The room was large and well maintained, with a lovely private verandah with views over the valley. Breakfast was an excellent buffet spread with a good range of freshly squeezed juices, local foods and international options. The yoghurt, local honey and nuts were terrific. The infinity pool was a delight after hot days out hiking or walking around."

"Great location with fantastic staff, room is *very* small, and lacks ammenities compared to what i expect, there's just hand soap and that's it. Not sure if this is normal or not, but every hotel I've been too has had toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, tea making facilities etc. Was kinda a bummer because it meant I had to go buy big bottles that I could only use once or twice."
