Staff are friendly, except for the receptionist at Fathom (restaurant inside the hotel) who seemed a bit distant or shy maybe. Server who served me was bubbly and friendly. Pool and hot tub, sauna available. Overall, I give Hotel Grand Pacific an 8.5/10 for our experience. "
