“Looking for any specials to stay again.”
Absolutely a great experience, nice sheets, nice bed, clean room and lots of space. Staff were excellent too.
“Will stay here again”
Nice staff, clean & quiet room (14th floor), Cafe Pacifica and Cascades Lounge have nice ambiance but are a bit pricey (alternatively there's a great food court under street level on the way to SkyTrain), convenient to many amenities and great views. We stayed here for Grey Cup - very happy with our choice! We live nearby (about 1 hour drive away) and will look into staying here again for weekend getaway.
“best hotel!!”
that was good travel with expedia!!
“Very good hotel”
I really enjoyed the view. The room was very clean and the proxymity to the Vancouver congress was very convenient. It is my 3rd time and I will come back.
“Would Stay Here Again!”
I loved everything about this hotel. I would definitely recommend it to others. I was a little disappointed in the fact that they charged so much for local calls. It was cheaper to go to a pay phone to make a local call than it was to call from your hotel room. Other than that, it was great.
“Great Room”
Room was great, staff was friendly and helpful.
“Can's wait to go back....”
We love to eat at five sails resto... Waiters are very accommodating and the food is superb!!!
“A Room with a View”
We were extremely pleased with our hotel room - we had a view of both the city and the waterfront (and Stanley Park). The room was comfortable and larger than most. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and it is a great convenience to the underground for coffee and food court in the morning, which was a big plus for us. We enjoyed being close by the sea wall to walk to Stanley Park as well.
“At the port and convention center”
This hotel is right at the cruise ship port. If you are going on a cruise it is probably a really good place to stay. The hotel is nice, but since its at the port and has the convention center there it is really busy. It has people all over the place. We were there for two nights on our honeymoon and its not really the right place for that. At night you have to take two escalators up to get in the elevators by the check in area for "security" reasons. It was silly because the people were not paying attention anyway. Also, they do not provide fee wi-fi. The hotel is located in a nice area, easy walking to Gastown.
“Not Impressed”
most expensive hotel in Vancouver and also charged to use the internet and to make local and credit card calls. The other hotel we stayed at on this trip did not charge for any of these services.
