"Although the room was small, I was only staying for one night and I was on my own so it didn’t really matter. It was very clean and welcoming and in a great location. I would definitely stay there again. The pillow was a little bit on the lumpy side but that’s my only complaint. "

Added bonus is Coate Waterpark, accessibpe through the field at the back of the garden, so no need to use your car all weekend! Cracking place, would highly recommend."

"The room was clean and the bathroom had been recently remodeled. Checking in was a bit difficult with the management not on premise. The owners are making efforts to upgrade the property and could spend some time tidying up the front parking area and entry which is not very inviting. "

"A very old house, lot of nooks and crannies Great location for being out and about. You have to call the property manager,to get the lock box code and the find your room number,and key."

"Good location, not too close from city center (about a 40 minute walk), but still close to smaller shops and restaurants. Room was on the smaller side but it was very clean. Very simple breakfast provided which consisted of cereal, juice/tea/coffee and yogurt cups, nothing fancy but enough to get the day started. Check-in is a little different since you have to call a number to have access to the front door. Still a lovely stay."

"The only flaw was I arrived at 3 for check in and the staff were behind me on the stairs to clean my room. Was able to drop my bags and take myself for a walk so i really didn’t mind. Room was large and had all the amenities you need. Pub across the street was convenient and you could walk into town very easily. "
