"This is listed as “entire property to yourself” but it’s several bedrooms in a house. Other facilities bathroom, kitchen etc are shared which it also says so inconsistent description Key lock system was broken and had to wait in the cold for someone to driver over and bash the key off the wall with a hammer. This is not the type of property experience I wish to experience again. Property tried to refuse a refund when hotels.com contacted them directly. one of the messiest hotel experiences...

"Really lovely return stay. Love the riverside location and views, especially from the hot tub, and the quirky, cool decor in the living spaces. Owner very responsive to questions etc during our stay. Will be back 😊"

"This property has a wonderful location, 2min from Richmond station, Richmond Green and the cute shopping and restaurant area of Richmond. The house interior itself is old with a lot of touch up needed. It is functional and provides 3 bedrooms and kitchen which is nice. It’s had some updating but needs more. If you’re ok with this it’s a decent price for a great location."

"We had a great experience staying in this Vrbo! The owners were sweet and very helpful! Tube stations + bus stops were close by, but it took about an hour to get into the center of London. Overall, everything was just as described. This property is a great, affordable option right outside of the city :)"

"A lovely home, in a great location. Perfect to use as a base travelling to and from London city centre and other beautiful days out. Very clean and tidy home with everything we needed. "While visiting nearby family, we only needed a place to sleep, shower and use as spot to keep our luggage. All of our needs were met. It is directly behind the high street, with the local pubs, tea shop, restaurants and shops a brief walk away. The host was very friendly and accommodating. There is an interesting history to the property, making it a charming place to stay."
