"Would be difficult and unfair to offer any negative comments about this accommodation. Even better as a positive comment is the property does NOT allow Pets! Excellent. Additionally the private parking at the property is superb. I would definitely recommend and look forward to returning to the property in Wooler. "The house was mostly comfortable but needs some upkeep. The communication with the host was a challenge and they did not reply to most messages (even an acknowledgment of receipt would be okay). One of the showers we could not adjust the temperature, 2 of the showers had mold. One of the biggest challenges was trying to cook as the cookware is very worn and some of it unusable. It would be nice to have a few basic essentials such as salt and pepper and hand soap upon arrival to get things...

"We had a wonderful time - Cottage is perfectly placed - 50 yds from a choice of wonderful walks left to the Harbour & on to St Abbs Head, or turn right to Coldingham and beyond. Very impressed with the accommodation - cosy and comfortable. Could not have asked for a better place to stay, and the Tunnocks wafers were a very nice extra - thank you!"

"Stayed fir 3 nights. With 10 adults. Lovley big house. Plently of room Comfortable beds. Some paintwork a.bit.shabby which was a shame. Only down side was it stated a clockroom i thought that.meant a downstairs toilet but it was just a place eto hang coats. This was difficult as some of the party was eldery and found the stairs difficult to navigate, butmon the whole we had a great.time."

"The location of the property is stunning - a minute's walk from a quiet bay and with details of coastal paths and other circular walks provided by the owner. 15 minutes walk to Coldingham itself where there's a Spar for basics, an excellent butchers, and a couple of pubs. The house has great views from the front down to the sea and plenty of room for eating and socialising in a back garden with facilities that would be perfect for the summer time. "This place was fantastic. Location was great to visit all the towns nearby. The house was nicely furnished with all the amenities. Lots of space to move around. The last evening was chilly so we had a fire and it really warmed the place up!"

Very well situated near the Scottish border, 5 minutes by car from the sea and a wonderful beach, very quiet and comfortable and well-equiped. The quite big garden is lovely. Many places to visit around in England as well as in Scotland. Communication with Jacqui was very easy and she will always help if needed. We will certainly return if spending holidays again in this region."
