"Lovely accommodation for our 5 families to get together... 10 adults, 4 children and 3 dogs. Location is perfect, right in the centre of Darlington with parks close by for the children. A little bit dated but absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Great big bay windows for people watching onto the street was also a massive bonus (although the windows only opened from the bottom up so dangerous for the little ones and dogs, just to bare in mind, but not a negative in anyway!) "Fabulous property which is great for dogs and kids due to the location and park nearby. Andy left us out a ball, dog bags, prosecco, bread and plenty of toiletries which was a great litte touch. The bed was the best ive ever slept on, the bedding superb, plenty of towels and this place is a definite 10 out of 10 if you have children and/or pets. My only advice to Andy, would be to maybe consider leaving a large soft headed brush for guests to sweep the floor and a tea towel. That aside, i...

"This modern, cozy apartment is fabulously located in town. We loved walking a few steps across the street to the indoor market hall and to Leonard’s delicious coffee house. The high end amenities, excellent beds and bedding and two bathrooms were luxurious. The view over the river is really special. "When we arrived at the property, we we're very disappointed. We rented the property for our holiday with 6 people. But apart from 6 beds the property is not suitable for 6. The livingroom is small with two couches (so room for 4), there is a fridge that would be barely big enough for 2. There are hardly enough plates and cutlery for 6. The property is in a poor state of maintenance, bed linnen is stained, there weren't enough towels, etc... We contacted the property manager straight away with...

"The Hen House cottage was a great place to stay for our trip in the Durham area. The village of Brandon is a beautiful location for going for walks in the countryside and with a great pub/ restaurant called the Bay Horse Inn on 50m away it’s a perfect place to stay.
