Everything was perfect at the Conrad. We were upgraded to a beautiful room on the top floor. Room was very spacious, large bathroom with top-notch toiletries. Staff was professional and helpful. Outdoor bar on 5th floor was a pleasant place to have an after-dinner drink and watch the lights of Chicago.

The Conrad Hotel is a small, elegant hotel whose focus is to service your every need. The location is perfect. The hotel itself is connected to a lovely shopping center with Nordstrom's and other boutique shops and restaurants just steps from your door. We spent the Christmas holidays in quiet luxury. We plan to make this an annual tradition.

Just a one night stay. All kinds of restuarants in the neighborhood, with a very convenient shopping area directly attached to the hotel. The room was not large, as this is an older building, but very nicely appointed and recently updated. Staff was courteous and helpful. An excellent place to stay in downtown Chicago

The Conrad Chicago is centrally located, walking distance to many tourist destinations and restaurants. It's very clean, quiet, and the staff was professional. This is a place I would send my folks... not so much for a younger crowd.

I was extremely surprised with how detail oriented the hotel really was. The free pillow menu was a nice touch with the option to pick aroma therapy pillows. Great place!

Hotel is strategically located/adjacent to Michigan Ave and within walking distance to the touristy areas like Hancock Tower, Willis Tower, Millenium park, Grant Park and Museum Drive. Hotel is very classy. Front desk, Annaliese was so helpful and so is Juan, the doorman. Will definitely come back.

We stayed at the conrad last year and it was so good that we decided to stay again this year and it didn't disappoint. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location in great city.
