"I booked a night here with my husband and our baby for my husband's birthday during our first visit to Bristol. I mentioned that we would be celebrating my husband's birthday when I contacted the hotel to request a cot for our baby. When we arrived in our spacious room there were all sorts of treats, bubbly, decorations and a birthday card. The staff really went above and beyond to make it a special stay. We were also given vouchers for coffees and drinks at the bar. So many thoughtful touches...

We had steak and Seabass and both meals were cooked to a perfection. All the courses were delicious from starter to dessert. "My wife and I had a four day break in Bath and our stay at the Bailbrook was a delight. The room was spacious and well appointed with a large comfortable bed, although of the many pillows, it would have been beneficial if at least two could’ve been firm! There was even a television over the bath. The food we had was generally excellent save for the fried eggs at breakfast, that were overdone, under the lights. Free WiFi and spacious parking was a bonus."
