"We are tennis fanatics so it was lovely to have a private court in good condition in the grounds. Played every day. Nice pool to cool off. Villa was spotless and spacious and all the appliances worked. Be aware that towels are not provided. Dealing with Vrbo was not easy. We needed to talk to them about a French legal requirement for liability insurance and the only contact number I could find was a USA premium rate line. Cost me £35 for a 7 minute conversation and they failed to call me back...

"We have spent 2 weeks in February. The house is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It has to be particularly nice during the summer. In the winter time it's a little bit cold, but the owner has provided additional heating. The neighborhood is rather calm, and Grimaud village really wonderful. During the winter neighbors of the house below heat heavily with their fireplace which is quite annoying. Difficult to open the windows to ventilate. It is the reason why I have not put 5 stars...

"The fantastic views made this a great place to stay, especially when relaxing by or in the infinity pool. "Great place with everything you need. There were only the two of us and we really enjoyed our stay. It would be a great place for a young family. It has large yard for children to explore, a pool and games. The appliances are new and there is air conditioning., something which we did not find in our month’s tour of France.The village was so quaint and the restaurants in the village center were great. So glad we chose to stay there."

The property itself is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with lots of amenities in the village but also short distance in the car to bigger shops. We had a lovely time exploring the different offerings of Fréjus and Antibes whilst there, both easily accessible by car. When not exploring the area, we had the most wonderful time at the house. "We had a wonderful vacation at Annes and Thierrys house. We were two families (4 adults and 4 kids). Everything was very clean, spacious and modern. Air condition in every room. We loved especially the big kitchen/living room with everything you need to cook for 8 persons, also the big fridge and freezer. Anne and Thierry are very nice hosts, showed us the house at arrival and we could contact them whenever we had a question. We can recommrend a stay at the house very much!"

"As previous reviewers have stated, the view is amazing, however the villa and outside space did not live up to our expectations. The inside of the villa appears to be brand new and was very clean and well finished… but there is no wardrobe space in the villa at all, which is an issue, the beds in the two main bedrooms are very uncomfortable.. and although there are two small beds upstairs, the low ceiling makes the room unsuitable for adults. The wi-fi signal is very poor, the tv didn’t work...
