Far from the hustle and bustle of the seaside, the charm, tranquility and poetry of the place will seduce you. Biologically cultivated property in the heart of the vineyard, it is maintained by four friendly donkeys which add a touch of small farm to the landscape. An ideal house for a good game of pétanque, a barbecue with friends or family. The outdoor oven is also a plus for those who know how to cook with wood. Wood is available nearby. With its three double bedrooms, the mezzanine bedroom and three single beds, it accommodates 9 people comfortably. Two bedrooms are equipped with shower and a large bathroom with shower with a large bath, two toilets complete the sanitary facilities. Three terraces, one of which allows you to take full advantage of the outdoors, the 11 x 5 m free-form swimming pool is very well exposed and equipped with a jacuzzi. You will benefit from a bar with American fridge and an equipped kitchen, a pantry area to store the groceries. A large screen in the living room with satellite channel, wifi, library, piano, fireplace. The very thick stone walls keep the house cool, the roller shutters allow air to pass through during the day and the mosquito nets also. The house being the seat of a wine-growing operation, the equipment is stored behind it at a good distance and not overlooked. However, in June and September, rarely in July and August, the noise of the tractor can be heard. We can stay in a studio in the attic. Die Gastgeberin Florence ist super nett und sehr gut erreichbar wenn man eine Frage hat. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist ebenfalls sehr gut, was daran liegt das dieses in den Wintermonaten von Florence selbst bewohnt wird. Hier und da ist das Haus bzw. die Ausstattung aber zwischenzeitlich in die Jahre gekommen und braucht etwas Aufmerksamkeit- uns hat das nicht sehr gestört, denn der Urlaub war wunderbar aber man sollte kein perfektes Ferienhaus erwarten. ##### Beate W. Das Haus liegt inmitten eines Weinberges, der aktiv bewirtschaftet wird. Das Haus wurde von der Eigentümerin selbst gebaut und wird auch in der Nebensaison bewohnt. Das merkt man sehr - das Haus hat eine Geschichte. Ist alles perfekt? Nein, aber genau das macht es aus für uns… ein tolles Grundstück, ein großer Pool und viel Platz für 5+ Personen sowie unseren Hund! Es fehlt nichts an Ausstattung. Meine Fragen wurden in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Wer Ruhe und Privatheit sucht, trifft mit diesem Haus die richtige Entscheidung. Eine komplett eingerichtete Küche, die zum gemeinsamen kochen einlädt, mehrere Terrassen zum Essen und verweilen und zum Schluss der tolle Pool. Auch der Weg in den hübschen Ort mit mehreren Restaurants, Bäckereien und einem kleinen Supermarkt, ist nicht weit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Wir waren im Juni 22 mit sechs Erwachsenen, zwei Kindern und einem Hund zu Gast in diesem Ferienhaus. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist sowohl für Strandgänger als auch für kleinere Wanderungen geeignet. Küche ist für viele Leute super. Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter wurde ständig genutzt. Der Pool, das Grundstück sind gerade bei höheren Temperaturen ein Traum. Florance eine sehr nette, unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Als einziges kleines Manko ist zu erwähnen, daß lediglich ein Waschbecken im großen Bad vorhanden ist. In den Zimmern nur Duschkabinen. Wirklich schön ist, dass man problemlos zu Fuß in den Ort kommt. Der Markt am Donnerstag, die kleinen Restaurants, die kleinen Geschäfte und natürlich der Bäcker alles sehr authentisch und entspannt. Fazit wunderschöne Ferien in malerischer Umgebung mit vielfältigen Möglichkeiten. Herrlich zum entspannen😊immer wieder gerne ##### Roland L. Nous avons pu arriver quand nous le souhaitions, et nous retrouver à 8 adultes et un bébé par un week-end pluvieux avec plaisirs variés : grande cuisine très équipée, plusieurs espaces étagés, plusieurs douches... Magnifique bastide, bien aménagée. Les extérieurs sont juste sublimes. Un calme absolu. Florence est très à l’écoute, très compréhensive, elle a accepté notre heure d’arrivée en avance et départ plus tard. Un grand Merci à elle. Wir haben im Juli/August 2021 zwei wundervolle Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Es liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend mitten in den Weinbergen. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern da und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vor allem die Ausstattung der Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen, das haben wir bisher in keinem anderen Ferienhaus erlebt. Im Garten gab es viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, auch für mehr als 8 Gäste. Der Pool war ebenfalls wie auf den Bildern zu sehen riesengroß, Sonnenliegen standen auch zur Verfügung. Der nächste kleinere Ort war mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Für größere Einkäufe musste man nach St. Maxime. Dies war in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Florence ist eine nette und sehr unkomplizierte Vermieterin, der Kontakt war schnell und reibungslos. Schade, dass es nur zwei Wochen waren … Wir würden auf jeden Fall mal wieder kommen! Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses dans la maison en juillet/août 2021\. Il est situé dans une belle région au milieu des vignobles. Nous étions là avec 4 adultes et 4 enfants et nous n'avons manqué de rien. L'équipement de la cuisine en particulier ne laissait rien à désirer, ce que nous n'avons jamais connu dans une autre maison de vacances. Il y avait beaucoup de places assises dans le jardin, même pour plus de 8 invités. La piscine était également immense, comme on peut le voir sur les photos, et des chaises longues étaient également disponibles. Le prochain petit village était à 5 minutes en voiture. Pour les achats plus importants, il fallait aller à Sainte-Maxime. C'était à environ 20 minutes d'ici. Florence est une propriétaire sympathique et très simple, le contact a été rapide et sans problème. C'est dommage que ce ne soit que deux semaines... Nous reviendrons certainement ! ##### Aneta A. La maison est bien équipée (plancha notamment!) pour faire de bons repas entre amis dans les espaces extérieurs. Le jardin et la piscine a côté des vignes sont très agréables pour passer une journée au calme. Le coin pétanque en hauteur avec vue sur la vallée au coucher du soleil: à faire absolument ! ##### Valérie D. Très belle propriété, les jardins et terrasses à couper le souffle. Au milieu d'une nature préservée (il y a des nids de chouettes dans les arbres) Calme absolu. Maison fraiche.
