"This place was nice the room was everything, I did experience some service issue like house keeping service. I called the front desk for tissue, towels and take the trash out, there was no tissue when I arrived. A guy walked up and brought towels but when I asked about the other things he stated,”that’s all the front desk asked him to bring”, disregarding we had no tissue to wipe with. You could probably pick apart some minor details because of age, but it was even better than we had anticipated, based on some of the reviews. Our air conditioning in the room didn’t cool as much as we would have liked, but other than that it was a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay again. "

"The smoke free floor was not smoke free. A bunch of rowdy and obnoxious people were staying on my floor (2nd) on Saturday night and I could smell weed and were loud. There was no consideration of other guests and it would’ve been nice if staff had enforced this."
