“not impressed”

we have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and were always satisfied. this stay they failed to mention that they were under construction till we checked in the construction noise started at 7:30 am we were also placed in a room beside the elevator so we got to listen to the elevator til late in the evening and again in the early morning. it is close to the airport and has a free shuttle to the airport with a small fee to park your car. the breakfast and the happy hour were both nice.

“Not bad; hit & miss”

It's generally a good hotel for the price. It happened to be near the job site, and didn't require a long drive into the city. It's "hit & miss", in regards to the cleanliness of the room, because, in most instances, the room & bedding smelled fresh (no smoke; like the sheets have been changed & the carpeting vacuumed). At other times, the carpeting doesn't appear to be vacuumed, nor the sheets washed (though there were fresh towels each time I've stayed). The hotel staff was friendly & helpful, & it was nice to get a fridge & microwave in the room (a luck of the draw), but the fridge was noisy.

“close to airport”

We stayed at the Pear Tree because we had an early flight leaving St. Louis. The check in/out was seamless. Snacks were available in the afternoon, and breakfast started at 5am. There was something to please everyone. The room was comfortable with several different table lamps and even a recliner chair. 2 easy chairs would have been better. The a/c unit didn't seem to work, but it wasn't warm outside so we didn't complain. I'm sure it would have been taken care of. The shuttle to the airport took just a few minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

“Great fit!”

Extremely close to the airport, shuttle was quick. The morning breakfast was exceptional. Flet like it was a good hotel at a fair price! Would go back again!

“STL Pear Tree Inn”

Very good value. Super convenient to STL airport. Our room was very clean and in good condition. Excellent connectivity to free internet. Friendly staff. Security parking. Greater variety offered at breakfast than many similar hotels. Brought out fresh eggs/sausage for us when out despite only a couple of minutes left before the breakfast period closed.

“Great hotel for good price”

This hotel was situated across from the airport, but was not noisy. The free continental breakfast was good, both hot and cold selections. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I have a bad back and had no problems with the mattress. Staff was friendly, but don't forget your room key at night. They lock the outside doors for safety and frown on you if you need assistance getting in. Would definitely stay here again.

“Great Airport Hotel”

This hotel is right across the freeway from the airport and their shuttle is fast and efficient. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. There is free soda pop and popcorn in the lobby. Breakfast was great. We only stayed one night as a stop-over but were very satisfied with the hotel.

“Will Use Again”

I selected this hotel based on other reviews and I was extremely satisfied. The cleanliness of the room was excellent and bed comfortable. Outstanding breakfast and free pop and popcorn in the evening. I rented a vehicle and the pickup/return for the company was just a few blocks from Pear Tree which was handy. Only problem I had was pickup at the airport by the shuttle which was mixed up and shuttle went to the incorrect terminal. Nonetheless, I was extremely satisfied.

“So convenient”

This hotel is economical & so handy when flying out of Lambert Airport.
