"This is a special place, beautiful grounds, where you can walk freely walk. Our daughter had the opportunity to feed the Alpacas and sheep, which was very special. The accommodation is fantastic, we stayed in the Stables, which has a conservatory, it mkes all the difference to open these doors to the garden at the back. All in all, a very special place we can't wait to visit again! Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly."

"The room was absolutely beautiful and was very impressive coming into the building. The views were great and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a ladybird infestation which was a bit concerning but nonetheless, the room was brilliant and well worth the money. "

"A little Gem…..this was our 2nd visit to Spreyton. Wendy & Hayden are fantastic hosts, nothing is too much trouble, location ideal with free parking. Breakfast included and plenty of choice from an additional menu if a traditional Cooked Breakfast is not suitable just let them know the evening before. Room was homely and very comfortable especially the bed. Wifi included and a great speed. We had a very relaxing few days there and will be back next year. "

"We were greeted nicely on arrival. Accommodation close enough from City Centre to walk. You have to be lucky to find a parking spot near by, quite a busy road. Parked at the park, which was luckily free from Saturday to Sunday. Would not call it "luxury" room ourselves but all was fine for what we needed."

"Basic small room with ultra small ensuite on 2nd floor, no lift for heavy luggage. Bed reasonably comfortable although just big enough for two Adults. Sink in Ensuite barley big enough to wash hands and water pressure to high so splashes over floor. Just passable for an overnight stop, but would suggest a larger room if you value space to move freely. Breakfast brought to your room which was a bit of a squeeze but it was cooked well and was thoughly enjoyed."

You get exactly what you pay for however, the room's could really do with a fabric conditioner so there's no linger smoke smell which was off-putting and the reason why it's not getting full marks.
